Payments received after the 15th of the month at the
Crofton Perdue office will incur a $15.00 late fee.
If you have questions regarding your homeowner portal,

Trash is picked up on Tuesday and Friday &
recycling is picked up on Friday by
Suburban Disposal.
Residents with large items (furniture etc.) are
to call Crofton Perdue 585-248-3840.

Plowing begins when 3.0" of snow has accumulated over 50% of the asphalt surfaces of the property.
If you should have a concern or question regarding plowing please call Crofton Perdue at 248-3840.
We ask that you not interrupt the snow removal crew.
