Your address MUST be on the check or money orders.

Coming soon there will be information for your
homeowner portal through Enumerate/Enage.

This will allow you to enroll in automatic payments, pay by credit card, and view your account details. (extra fees may apply)
You may also continue to set up automatic payments
(bill pay) directly through your bank if you prefer.

Payments received after the 10th of the month at
the Crofton Perdue office will incur a $35.00 late fee.

Mowing is done on Tuesday.

Plowing begins when 3.0" of snow has accumulated over 50% of the asphalt
surfaces of the property.
If you should have a concern or question regarding plowing please call
Crofton Perdue at 248-3840.
We ask that you not interrupt the snow crew.
