Access to the Pool and Spa is restricted to residents and their guests.
Access to the Pool and Spa Area requires a POOL access card (no manually entered number codes are available to open the gate).
Additional POOL access cards are available from Crofton Perdue for a fee of $30 prepaid each.
The Pool area gate must remain closed at all times.
Do not admit persons that are not known to be residents.
A summary of pool and spa rules are listed on the outside of the pool garage wall and are in the HOA Handbook page 29.
Plowing begins when 3.0" of snow has accumulated over 50% of the asphalt
surfaces of the property.
If you should have a concern or question regarding plowing please call
Crofton Perdue at 248-3840.
We ask that you not interrupt the snow crew.
