Coming soon there will be information for your
homeowner portal through Enumerate/Enage.

This will allow you to enroll in automatic payments,
pay by credit card, and view your account details.
You may also continue to set up automatic payments
(bill pay) directly through your bank if you prefer.

Payments received after the 15th of the month at
the Crofton Perdue office will incur a $25.00 late fee.

Trash and recycling are picked up on Friday.
There may be a one day delay on Holidays:

All refuse and recycling containers should be placed at the end of the driveway.
Trash and recycle containers should not be outside for more than 24 hours before or
12 hours after the scheduled pickup.

Plowing begins when 3.0" of snow has accumulated over 50% of the asphalt
surfaces of the property.
If you should have a concern or question regarding plowing please call
Crofton Perdue at 248-3840.
We ask that you not interrupt the snow crew.
