The association fee is due the 1st of each month payable to the association, not Crofton Perdue Associates Inc. The address MUST be on the check; this is especially vital on money orders.
Payments received after the 10th of the month at the Crofton Perdue office will incur a 10% late fee.
DuesPayment does take 2-3 business days before our accounting office receives payment, so please plan accordingly when using DuesPayment.
*Please be aware that DuesPayment charges $1.00 for payments via electronic check, $4.95 minimum or 0.79% of the total payment for payments via Debit card and $4.95 minimum or 2.95% of the total payment for payments via Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
Trash and recycling is picked up on Friday.
Residents with large items (furniture etc.) are to call 1-800-333-6590 and explain they do not have an account with Waste Management but need to set up a COD payment by credit card with customer service.
Customer service will quote the charge, take payment and schedule their pickup.
Please note: If Crofton Perdue comes up in the conversation the Homeowner should inform that they are paying direct and do not bill Crofton Perdue.
Plowing begins when 3.0” of snow has accumulated over 50% of the asphalt surfaces of the property. If you should have a concern or question regarding plowing please call Crofton Perdue at 248-3840. We ask that you not interrupt the snow removal crew.
