ASSOCIATION FEE

Association fee, neighborhood surcharge & cable fee (if applicable) is due the 1st of each month payable to: The Reserve Association, & mailed to Crofton Perdue Associates, Inc., 111 Marsh Rd - Suite 1,    Pittsford NY 14534. [The address MUST be on the check; this is especially vital for money orders.]

Payments received after the 10th of the month at the Crofton Perdue office will incur a late fee

of 5% of the overdue balance. (Waived until further notice)

DuesPayment does take 2-3 business days before our accounting office receives payment, so please plan accordingly when using DuesPayment. - coming soon!

*Please be aware that DuesPayment charges $1.00 for payments via electronic check​, $4.95 minimum or 0.79% of the total payment for payments via Debit card, and $4.95 minimum or 2.95% of the total payment for payments via Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).​
