Payments received after the 10th of the month at the Crofton Perdue office will incur a late fee
of $25.00 of the overdue balance.
DuesPayment does take 2-3 business days before our accounting office receives payment, so please plan accordingly when using DuesPayment.
*Please be aware that DuesPayment charges $1.00 for payments via electronic check, $4.95 minimum or 0.79% of the total payment for payments via Debit card, and $4.95 minimum or 2.95% of the total payment for payments via Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

Plowing begins when 3.0" of snow has accumulated over 50% of the asphalt surfaces of the property.
